A MESSAGE REGARDING MACH'S COVID-19 UPDATED POLICY, BUSINESS HOURS, AND TELEMEDICINE SERVICES. PLEASE READ!
IMPORTANT MACH COVID-19 UPDATE – 6/1/2020
Effective Monday, June 1, 2020, we will be extending our hours to Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
*All appointments will continue to be operated as “curbside” appointments. No clients are allowed to enter the hospital at this time. Please call upon arrival.
Please do not visit the hospital if you have been sick or around others who have been sick. Please call to reschedule or call to discuss other options to get your cat the care he or she needs.
Regarding prescription refills – Under normal circumstances, our veterinarians are unable to authorize prescription refills if a patient has not been seen within one year. However, during this State of Emergency, the State Board is allowing veterinarians to refill prescriptions outside of a 12-month window on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the veterinarian.
Regarding telemedicine – We will continue to offer telemedicine services only for patients that have been seen by one of our doctors within one year as per the State Board guidelines.
We know this is an incredibly difficult time for everyone right now, but know we are here for you and your cats to the best of our ability. We miss seeing your faces! We can’t wait until things can return to normal.
